2. License

Subject to full payment of applicable licensing fees, Stein Consulting, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LawSuite on the number of workstations specified in your agreement. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use LawSuite and this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software outside your licensed installation
• Use the software for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use our website to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

4. Intellectual Property

LawSuite, including all macros, templates, style sets, training materials, and documentation, is the proprietary intellectual property of Stein Consulting, LLC. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

5. Support and Updates

Support and upgrade entitlements are governed by your specific service agreement with Stein Consulting, LLC. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of LawSuite at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LawSuite and this website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stein Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LawSuite or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Stein Consulting in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of LawSuite or this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
